MHAP Homes is looking for an experienced, dependable Modular Home Job Site Representative to join our growing team and work alongside our current Site Supervisor.
Previous modular home experience is required. We are specifically looking for someone who understands modular home delivery and set procedures and is comfortable being on active job sites.
What You'll Do
You will assist our current Site Supervisor with MHAP Homes projects throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and surrounding service areas. Responsibilities may include:
Attend pre-delivery job site inspections
Assist with evaluating site readiness for modular delivery and set
Be present during modular home deliveries and set days as needed
Work alongside our Site Supervisor, crane crews, set crews and transportation teams
Observe and document site conditions that may affect delivery or set
Take job-site photos and provide updates to the MHAP office
Help identify potential access, crane, foundation or delivery concerns
Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors and MHAP staff
Represent MHAP Homes professionally while on customer job sites
What We're Looking For
Modular home experience is REQUIRED.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with modular home delivery, setting, site preparation, foundations, crane operations or a closely related area of the modular housing industry.
You should be:
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Knowledgeable about modular home delivery and set requirements
Comfortable traveling to different job sites
Able to communicate clearly with contractors, crews, homeowners and office staff
Comfortable taking photos, texting/emailing updates and documenting site conditions
Able to recognize potential job-site concerns and communicate them promptly
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
Schedule & Compensation
This is a part-time/as-needed position based on MHAP's delivery and project schedule. Hours and days will vary depending on upcoming deliveries, sets and site inspections. This position may be especially appealing to individuals seeking part-time, flexible work, including those who are semi-retired or looking for a way to stay active and engaged.
Compensation:
$20.00 per hour
Mileage reimbursement for approved travel
Job-related tolls reimbursed
About MHAP Homes
MHAP Homes is an authorized modular home dealer serving New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia and portions of New York. We coordinate the modular home process from home selection and factory production through delivery, crane and set.
MHAP Homes is not a general contractor. This position focuses specifically on the modular home portion of our projects and works alongside our existing Site Supervisor and office team.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25.0 per week
