Hotel 1000 is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to assist with leading our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and overall maintenance of our facilities.

**Duties:**
- Supervise and provide guidance to the housekeeping staff
- Assist with the Development and implementation of cleaning schedules and procedures
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure standards are met
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Address and resolve any guest or staff complaints regarding housekeeping services
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Skills
- Proven experience in floor care, housekeeping supervision, industrial cleaning, hotel, custodial, or hospitality settings
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
