Duties:
- Fabricate, install, and repair equipment as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R systems
- Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers
- Conduct field service visits to address maintenance issues
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service to building occupants
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills for interacting with building occupants
- Mechanical knowledge with a focus on industrial systems
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Experience as an industrial electrician or similar role
- Ability to maintain and repair complex mechanical systems
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and controls
- Knowledge of logic controllers and their applications
- Experience with precision measuring instruments
- Strong customer service skills for interacting with building occupants
