Pay Rate: $21.50 an hour
Open Shift: Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday 12pm-8pm, Thursday 9am-5pm, Saturday 8am-4pm (40hrs)

New Way is MHA's residential and community-based program supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries (ABI) from trauma, stroke, or serious illness. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate staff schedules and maintain adequate staffing ratios to ensure smooth program operations.
- Oversee medication management, including counts, ordering, documentation, and verification.
- Manage program finances, including petty cash, money counts, and check requests, with oversight from the Program Coordinator.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new staff members to support program growth.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of medications, participant goals, behavioral data, and incident reports.
- Schedule and support participant attendance for medical, therapy, and community appointments.
- Promote a safe and supportive environment by addressing safety concerns, reporting incidents, and modeling positive engagement with participants.
- Communicate effectively with the Program Coordinator and team, participate in meetings and training, and collaborate to achieve program goals

Requirements
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and sufficient automobile insurance, with a safe driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background and CORI check.
- Comfortable providing personal care to participants, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED, etc.)
- At least six months of relevant experience; experience supporting individuals with brain injuries, mental health challenges, or developmental disabilities is highly desirable
- Strong commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for participants.
