Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our mobile home park. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, customer service, and conflict resolution. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage tenant relations, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain the overall condition of the properties.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, evictions, and tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law.
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs and ensure high standards of property upkeep.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflicts with professionalism and effective negotiation skills.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote available homes
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and facilities management tasks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, communications, and property-related documentation.
