Optical Surfacing Laboratory servicing optical retail stores with eye glasses, supplies and optical services.

Seeking Customer Service representative for order taking, data entry, answering customer questions & order fulfilment

Tasks will include:

· General Customer service and order fulfillment

· Processing orders and order fulfilment

· Customer callbacks/account management

· Learning about Optical Lenses and Rx Prescriptions and Frames

Requirements:

· Excellent communication & phone skills

· Teamwork

· Capable of multitasking

· Basic data entry & computer skills

Full time position. Salary commensurate with experience. Starting at $17/hr
