Job Summary: As a Road Service Technician, you’ll work with assigned customers to perform prompt and complete diagnostics, assessments, maintenance, and repairs of industrial equipment at their locations and in the service shop while making every effort to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair lift trucks and other identified products.
- Provide a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Be Safe in the Moment: Follow and promote safety initiatives.
Technician Requirements:
- Knowledge of engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical systems, fuel systems and/or charging systems are a plus.
- Technical background in construction and material handling equipment is a plus.
- Must have own tools. Tool purchase assistance provided.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Present a professional image in appearance and preparation.
- This position may be an apprentice or journeyman position, depending upon qualifications of applicants.
Working Conditions: Hours will be 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required. This is an hourly, non-exempt position. This position may be an apprentice or journeyman position, depending upon qualifications. Some travel with overnight stays may be required. Steel toed work boots are mandatory.
