Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating the construction and finishing of residential homes, ensuring timely progress and adherence to safety protocols
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Support the management of project schedules, materials procurement, and quality control inspections
• Engage with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and build strong rapport throughout the building process
• Maintain organized documentation of project activities, change orders, and compliance records using industry-standard management systems
• Participate in team meetings to review project milestones, safety procedures, and industry best practices
• Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations

Skills

• Strong negotiation skills to coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients effectively
• Knowledge of marketing principles to promote company services and build client relationships
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clientele
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, scheduling, and communication purposes
• Experience and understanding, In La foundation and framing, coordinating electrical and plumbing work.
• Skilled in managing real estate transactions related to property development or resale processes
• Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client experiences and handle inquiries professionally
• Deep understanding of residential real estate transactions, fair housing regulations, and industry standards
• Effective communication skills for client rapport building and team collaboration
• Organizational skills essential for managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines

This paid position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow within the home building industry. The position starts at $80,000 but we are flexible on the salary depending on your experience and capabilities to completion.
