Responsibilities
- Assist in framing, drywall installation, and trim carpentry to bring architectural plans to life.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently across various job sites.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute projects accurately.
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and roofing tasks as needed.
- Support fixture installation, door hanging, siding, and cabinet setup to meet project specifications.
- Conduct heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members on restoration projects including water damage remediation, mold removal, and plastering.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction or related fields such as manufacturing or remodeling is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and basic carpentry techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for accurate project execution.
- Knowledge of construction estimating, framing carpentry, metal stud framing, flooring installation, tile laying, and electrical or plumbing experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces safely.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on safety protocols and teamwork.
