Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while working closely with field superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and ownership.
This role requires strong leadership, organization, communication, and follow-through to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Limited regional travel throughout WA, OR, and ID will occasionally be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
- Coordinate with field superintendents and subcontractors
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Lead project meetings and provide clear communication with clients and teams
- Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project progress
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
- Maintain accurate project reporting and forecasting
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively
- Support a positive team culture focused on accountability and growth
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Experience managing ground-up and/or TI commercial projects
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage deadlines and follow through consistently
Preferred
- Proficiency with:
- Procore
- Primavera
- Sage 100
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with public works or light industrial projects
- Leadership mindset with strong team collaboration skills
- Desire for long-term growth within a company
