We’re seeking a resourceful, welcoming, and proactive individual to join our Nogales campus as the Front Office & Outreach Coordinator (Part-Time).

Our Nogales site currently serves a small on-site student population, giving you the opportunity to make a direct, lasting impact on both daily school culture and local outreach efforts.
What You'll Do:
Front Office & Site Operations:
Front Office & Site Operations:
- Serve as the first point of contact for students, families, and visitors — greeting them warmly and professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Keep the front office and shared spaces clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Oversee general administrative tasks, including file maintenance, supply deliveries, and site logs.
- Maintain student files and assist with attendance, records, and compliance documentation.
- Support day-to-day administrative needs and ensure smooth site operations.
Student Support & Positive Site Culture:
- Track and record daily attendance; follow up with families as needed to promote consistent student engagement and retention.
- Provide friendly support to students and staff on site.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students.
Community Outreach & Enrollment:
- Assist with local outreach efforts that build awareness and boost enrollment.
- Represent the school at community events and help coordinate site tours.
- Support prospective families through the enrollment process with care and clarity.
Who You Are:
- A personable communicator who enjoys working with people of all backgrounds.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages (verbal and written).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools.
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Genuinely passionate about helping students thrive.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, front office, or outreach-related roles.
- Experience working in a school or youth-focused environment strongly preferred.
- Bilingual fluency (English and Spanish) required.
