About The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Enrollment Support Specialist to join our Admissions Team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys data entry, organization, and outreach while contributing to the success of students and families. You’ll help process enrollment applications, maintain accurate records, and connect with families to ensure all required documents are submitted. You’ll also assist with outreach efforts to boost enrollment at our physical sites and online programs.
This is an on-site role at our Tempe district office—not a remote position.

Key Responsibilities
Enrollment & Data Support:
- Enter and update student applications in the enrollment system with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure all required documents are collected, scanned, and filed in student records.
- Track application status and follow up with families for missing paperwork.
- Maintain organized digital and physical files in compliance with school and state requirements.
- Call, email, and text families to guide them through the enrollment process.
- Assist prospective students and families with questions about completing applications.
- Support outreach initiatives to increase enrollment, including community calls and events.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure families feel welcomed and supported.
- Work closely with the Admissions Team to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
- Share updates on enrollment progress and outstanding application items.
- Contribute to enrollment-related reports and data checks as assigned.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development.
- Support other admissions-related tasks as needed to ensure the success of the department.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or administrative training preferred.
- Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or office support strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, text) with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and databases.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
