What You’ll Own
You will have full oversight of the end-to-end revenue cycle, including:
- Patient access, coding, billing, collections, and denial management
- Strategy to increase net revenue and improve cash flow
- Reducing A/R days and improving overall revenue cycle KPIs
- Leading process improvements and system-wide efficiencies
- Partnering closely with executive leadership on growth initiatives
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will be leading transformation while also ensuring day-to-day performance stays on track.

- 10 years in healthcare revenue cycle leadership
- Proven success improving collections, denials, and operational performance
- Experience within a large physician group, MSO, or healthcare system
