Responsibilities:

Process invoices, payments, and related documentation accurately and efficiently

Assist with reconciliations and maintain vendor files

Support the accounting team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of recent Accounts Payable experience

Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a busy department

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
