Role Description
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Representative to support the growth of MGR Seating Technologies Inc. in the U.S. and international markets.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and managing commercial opportunities, with a strong focus on lead generation, client outreach, follow-ups, and business development activities. The role will include contacting potential clients and partners, presenting MGR’s casino seating solutions, supporting sales conversations, and helping move opportunities through the commercial pipeline.
The Sales & Business Development Representative will work closely with the team to identify new prospects, monitor sales activities, update contact information, support CRM management, and contribute to the development of long-term client relationships.
This is a contractor-based role, with remote work flexibility and potential involvement in meetings, trade shows, showroom visits, and client-facing activities when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Contact potential clients, partners, and industry contacts
- Support lead generation and follow-up activities
- Present MGR seating solutions to prospective customers
- Assist with sales pipeline management and CRM updates
- Support trade shows, client meetings, and showroom visits when required
- Collaborate with the team on commercial strategies and market development
- Help build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the casino, gaming, hospitality, and contract furniture sectors
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, inside sales, business development, lead generation, hospitality, events, or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required
- We are open to training the right person, especially someone motivated, reliable, and eager to grow
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional attitude and ability to interact with clients, prospects, and partners
- Ability to manage follow-ups and conversations in an organized and professional way
- Comfortable working independently in a remote and international environment
- Strong organization, reliability, and attention to detail
- Interest in the casino, gaming, hospitality, design, or furniture industry
- Previous B2B sales experience is a plus
- Experience in contract furniture, hospitality, events, or casino-related industries is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages, especially Italian or Spanish, are a plus
- Goal-oriented mindset and willingness to build long-term business relationships
Location
Remote, preferably based in Las Vegas or available for occasional activities in Las Vegas.
