What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Experienced Mobile Home Community Manager/Maintenance position at MGR Property Management?
MGR Property Management is seeking an experienced Mobile Home Community Manager for a mobile home community located in Bell, CA. The employee will not live on site but work in the Leasing Office in the communit.
The duties include performing light maintenance duties in addition to providing excellent customer service to residents, processing payments and issuing receipts, coordinating maintenance requests, and supervising vendors to ensure that the property is well maintained and safe.
Candidates must have at least one year's recent experience as a mobile home community manager in the state of California. Familiarity with property management software is preferred, and English/Spanish bilingual is a plus. Candidates must have a basic understanding of California and Federal fair housing and tenant landlord laws.
