Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building structure, building equipment and grounds. Perform minor repair work for the building structure and grounds.
- Remove all trash from various areas in the plant.
- Clean floors, bathrooms, office and furniture in the plant.
- Perform special projects involving cleaning of equipment and building.
- Perform special projects involving minor building or equipment repair (i.e. painting, ceiling tile repair and light bulb replacement).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or superiors.
Qualifications:
· Must be able to communicate.
· Must have a commitment to doing quality work.
· Must be familiar with cGMPs and SOPs.

· Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
· Maintains confidentiality, remains open to others’ ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things.
· Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.

Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of the job the employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms as well as being able to lift up to 50 pounds.
