Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fine Wine Sales Representative role based in Las Vegas, NV. The Fine Wine Sales Representative will manage and grow a designated territory by visiting on-premise and off-premise accounts, presenting the portfolio, and securing new placements. Daily responsibilities include prospecting new customers, maintaining regular contact with existing accounts, conducting tastings, and providing product education to buyers and staff. The role also involves preparing sales proposals, tracking orders, monitoring inventory, and collaborating with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and allocations. The position requires accurate reporting of sales activities, participation in sales meetings and training sessions, and occasional evening or weekend events such as tastings, trade shows, and industry gatherings.

Qualifications
- Strong background in Wine Sales, with proven ability to meet or exceed territory sales goals.
- Knowledge of the Wine & Spirits Industry, including key producers, regions, varietals, and market trends.
- Experience in the Beverage Industry, preferably working with distributors, importers, or suppliers.
- Excellent Customer Service and relationship-building skills, with a consultative and professional approach.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, closing, and account management.
- Relevant wine education or certifications (e.g., WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, equivalent experience) preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfort working in a field-based role, including regular travel within the Las Vegas, NV area and occasional evening/weekend work.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet any applicable regulatory requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
