MGMT Residential is diligently seeking a professional Trim Carpenter to install, repair, and finish interior and exterior woodwork. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, accurate measuring and cutting skills, and experience producing high-quality finished carpentry work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install interior trim, baseboards, crown molding, casing, doors, and other finish carpentry.
- Measure, cut, fit, and install wood and composite materials accurately.
- Perform repairs, adjustments, and finish work as needed.
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and measurements.
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure finished work meets quality and appearance standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Coordinate with other trades and supervisors to complete projects on schedule
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in trim or finish carpentry.
- Strong measuring, cutting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Knowledge of standard carpentry tools and safety practices.
- Ability to lift materials and perform physical work for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
