Assistant Beverage Manager

THE JOB:

As an Assistant Beverage Manager, you’ll lead operational functions with a welcoming smile and elevate the guest experience to new heights. If you’re passionate about hospitality and want to be part of a dynamic team in beverage service, we want to hear from you!

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Manage operational functions within the department in alignment with the strategic plan and vision.
• Direct cost-effective operations, including labor management, scheduling, supervision, and inventory control.
• Oversee guest service delivery and ensure adherence to company service standards and brand attributes.
• Support shift management to guarantee quality service for guests.
• Coordinate requisition processes and stock beverage outlets to maximize revenue.
• Provide guidance to beverage staff and ensure proper scheduling.
• Recommend solutions to management regarding daily operational issues.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 Years of prior supervisory experience in Beverage or F&B supervisory position
• Willing and able to work variable shifts to include weekends and holidays
