THE JOB:
As an Assistant Beverage Manager, you’ll lead operational functions with a welcoming smile and elevate the guest experience to new heights. If you’re passionate about hospitality and want to be part of a dynamic team in beverage service, we want to hear from you!
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Manage operational functions within the department in alignment with the strategic plan and vision.
- Direct cost-effective operations, including labor management, scheduling, supervision, and inventory control.
- Oversee guest service delivery and ensure adherence to company service standards and brand attributes.
- Support shift management to guarantee quality service for guests.
- Coordinate requisition processes and stock beverage outlets to maximize revenue.
- Provide guidance to beverage staff and ensure proper scheduling.
- Recommend solutions to management regarding daily operational issues.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 Years of prior supervisory experience in Beverage or F&B supervisory position
- Willing and able to work variable shifts to include weekends and holidays
