THE JOB:
As a Security Officer, you'll be more than just a guardian – you'll be a friendly face ensuring our guests and team members feel safe, welcome, and well taken care of. From keeping a watchful eye on the property to delivering top-notch guest service, you’ll help create a secure and unforgettable experience. Ready to patrol paradise with purpose? THE STARTING RATE: $20.00 / Per Hour Union
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Patrol and monitor all areas of the property
- Act as a First Responder in emergency situations
- Provide excellent guest service to guests and employees
- Resolves complaints and issues involving both guests and employees
- Perform gaming drops/transactions, including carrying drop boxes and chip carriers
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- One (1) year of previous guest services experience, preferably in a similar resort setting
- Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- Ability to learn, demonstrate proficiency and effectively use defensive tactics and report writing skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
