THE JOB:
As a kitchen Steward, your job is to keep the dishes, glassware, flatware, and dish area clean. You'll also help create a great guest experience with your friendly attitude and service. By listening to their needs, you'll ensure they have a memorable experience that lasts beyond their stay.
THE STARTING RATE: $22.00
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Sort and organize dishes, glassware, and flatware as they come to the dish area, including washing and storing pots in the right place
- Load and manage the dishwasher
- Unload and inspect clean dishes after washing, stacking them in the correct spots
- Polish silver, copper, and brass
- Transport equipment like hot and cold boxes, speed racks, and carts to different areas
- Sweep, mop floors, and clean mats
- Clean baseboards, floor drains, sinks, tables, and cutting boards
- Separate trash and dispose of it in the proper containers, and clean garbage cans
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Previous kitchen experience
- Able to bend, carry, lift, and reach to perform daily tasks

This position is a seasonal opportunity, with the summer season running from May 1, 2025, through October 15, 2025. Please note that the end date may be subject to change depending on business needs.
Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$22.00
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
