THE JOB:
As a Food Runner at La Pizza & La Pasta in Eataly Las Vegas, you will be part of the team that brings Italy’s most beloved dishes straight to the table. You’ll move with energy and precision, delivering handcrafted pastas from Gragnano and Neapolitan-style pizzas fresh from the oven, all while keeping the guest experience seamless. Working side by side with expert chefs and pizzaioli, you’ll showcase the passion and flavor of authentic Italian dining. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love being at the heart of the action, this role is your perfect match.
THE STARTING RATE: $15.8946 an hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Greet guest in a positive, friendly manner, making them feel welcome
- Expedite food from the kitchen to the table as dictated by sequence of service and by the Chef or kitchen expediter
- Describe food upon placement on the table, answering questions pertaining to the dishes, and menu features as needed (include changes and additions)
- Check dining area, tables and chairs for cleanliness, maintain cleanliness and organization of station and service area
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Is 21 years of age
- Preferably has knowledge of Italian Cuisine
- Is available for a flexible, On Call type of schedule
