THE JOB:

As a Cocktail Server, you will create memorable guest experiences with your welcoming smile and attentive service. By understanding guests’ unique stories and preferences, you’ll deliver WOW moments they’ll carry with them far beyond their stay.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Take orders and serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately.

• Garnish and serve cocktails to guests.

• Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections.

• Provide answers to guest inquiries about hotel services, features, local attractions, and activities.

• Perform opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies, inspecting cleanliness, and preparing service areas.

• Resolve guest complaints within your scope of authority or escalate issues to management when necessary.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years or older.

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).

• 6 Months of Prior Relevant Experience (preferred).

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$9.53

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
