THE JOB:

The MGMAir Operations Manager is responsible for for all day-to-day operational functions related to the MGMAir air charter experience including guest services and the guest reservation process. The manager oversees relationships with branch offices and junket representatives, along with ground transportation, air transportation and baggage handling vendors.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Qualifies all MGMAir patrons for complementaries including air, hotel, and amenity and transportation utilization.
• Collaborates with MGMAir Team to ensure appropriate patron reinvestment and operational efficiencies.
• Coordinates with Customer Care, Database Marketing, Player Development, Front Services, Front Desk, Group Desk and Guest Services.
• Works closely with airline, motorcoach vendor and ground services companies to ensure efficient and timely operation while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Acts as a primary point of contact for branch offices, player development, and junket representatives.
• Creates a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction; quality hiring, training and succession planning processes that encompass the company’s diversity commitment; adherence to the company’s status quo third party representation philosophy; compliance with company policies, and legal requirements.
• Dedicates the majority of their time to being a resource for internal staff members and outside vendors to ensure successful employee growth and optimal levels of customer service.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 3 Years of Prior Relevant Experience Required
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Preferred

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:

$56,300.00 - $75,100.00

This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
