THE JOB:
As a Host/Cashier, you will set the stage for an outstanding guest experience by delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth seating process. By recognizing our guests' individual stories and needs, you'll create unforgettable WOW moments that leave a lasting impression long after their visit.
THE STARTING RATE: $17.20
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Welcome guests upon arrival, verify any applicable comps, points, or rewards, and efficiently process payment transactions using the POS system.
Assess party size and any special seating requests, coordinating with the team to guide guests to their tables.
Express appreciation to guests as they depart, assisting with any final inquiries or needs.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the cashier station, dining area, and service stations.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Provides exceptional service and takes pride in their work
Must possess a High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent education.
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Have previous cashiering experience (preferred)
