THE JOB:
As a bartender, you’re the energy behind the bar. You’ll craft exceptional drinks, connect with guests through warm hospitality, and help create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. With a sharp eye for detail, you’ll keep the bar clean, organized, and well-stocked — ensuring every shift runs smoothly and memorably.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Prepare and Serving Drink : Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer request and standard recipes.
Customer Service : Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations. Handle payments, manager tabs and ensure a pleasant customer experience.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar area clean and organized. Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain hygiene standards
Inventory Management: Monitor tock levels of beverages, mixers, and supplies.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
At least 21 years of age
Previous bartending experience in fine dining restaurant (preferred)

Pay Rate
The rate for this role is:
$16.03 This is a tip eligible position.Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
