PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and integration of all directives developed through the COE F & B strategy for the assigned property Food & Beverage Division. In Collaboration with the COE of F & B Strategy will execute on the strategic direction of both the Food & Beverage functions, encompassing a combination of high volume and gourmet dining outlets, lounges, beverage, catering and banquets, in-room delivery, kitchens, stewarding, and any other food & beverage related areas, as well as collaborating with partner venues. Accountable for the oversight and leadership of all staffing, Guest Service Initiatives and Employee Engagement, and ownership of all profitability of F & B Division. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.
- Collaborate and Execute on all Food & Beverage Strategic Initiatives as determined by COE of F & B Strategy and ensure sustainability of initiatives.
- Oversee implementation of policies, operating procedures, training programs, manuals, directives, menus, work schedules, rules and regulations for all F & B staff and ensure full compliance.
- Drive employee engagement through coaching, training, and development.
- Continue to improve guest experience by controlling food and service quality for the property.
- Utilize resources provided by COE’s to drive financial success to include managing sales, drive profits, manage labor, and control expenses.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Six (6) or more years prior relevant experience
Salary : $125,000 - $158,000
