THE JOB:
As aTable Games Dealer, you will perform the act of dealing table games while providing excellent guest service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with federal, state, local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as department and Company policies, practices, and procedures.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Deal one or more Game Types proficiently; including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, Specialty Games (Poker),and variations
- Protect, control, and verify the accuracy of fills, credits, openers/closers, and marker transactions; accuratelyexchange cash or markersfor chips; collect losing bets, pays winning bets, and collect commission based on gamedealt
- Communicate verbally with supervisors or Table Games Managers of unnatural orirregular play and disputes on thegame
- Notify supervisor immediately of all mistakes or claims and makes resolution only at the direction of the supervisor
- Verbalize playerinstructions, card totals, results or any otherinformation asrequired in the procedures of eachgame
- Maintain a helpful and courteous atmosphere on the game
- Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs and respondeffectively to guest inquiries;resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise referthe matter tomanagement
- Notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
