The Day-to-day
- Conduct and assist in the operation of poker games with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain poker table banks, assist with chip runner responsibilities, and ensure accuracy of table pots and rake collections
- Communicate any irregular play, disputes, or unusual activity to supervisors promptly
- Clearly explain game instructions, rules, and procedures to players as needed
- Build strong guest relationships and promote the benefits of the MGM Rewards program
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gaming environment for all guests
- Deliver elevated guest service by anticipating guest needs and responding effectively to inquiries
- Notify leadership and Security of unusual events, missing items, or potential theft concerns
- Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth poker room operations
- Holds a High School Diploma or GED
- Exhibits 1 years of prior relevant Customer Service or Hospitality experience
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Maintains professionalism, accuracy, and composure under pressure
- Demonstrates flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
