THE JOB:
As a Poker Dealer, you will support casino operations by dealing and running poker games in a professional manner while providing excellent guest service.
THE STARTING RATE:$12.00/hour tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Assist in the operation and smooth running of live poker games.
Manage player buy-ins and help maintain accurate table bank balances.
Ensure accuracy of chips, pots, and rake at the poker table.
Clearly communicate game rules and procedures to players as needed.
Maintain a professional, friendly, clean, and safe gaming environment.
Deliver top-tier service to all guests, anticipating and addressing their needs.
Alert supervisors or Security to any unusual activity, missing items, or potential theft.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
1 years of prior relevant experience in poker dealing in a similar resort setting.
6 months of poker dealing experience preferred.
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
