The Job
As an Office Services Clerk at Beau Rivage Resort & Casino, you will help keep the property connected, organized, and running smoothly behind the scenes. From delivering mail and packages across the property to supporting daily office operations, you will provide dependable service to departments and team members throughout the resort. THE STARTING RATE: $14.50 an hour
The Schedule
- Day Shift | Full Time
- Monday – Friday | 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Off Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays
- Must be open and flexible to work outside of the primary schedule based on the business needs
- Deliver mail and packages to departments throughout the property using an administrative services vehicle
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Operate mailroom equipment and maintain an organized, efficient workspace
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or team members
- Maintain accurate handling of mail, packages, and office materials
- Provide friendly, professional service to internal departments and business contacts
- Holds a High School Diploma or GED
- Brings 1 years of clerical, office services, mailroom, or similar experience preferred
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Works well independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
