THE STARTING RATE: $22.00 Hourly
The Day-to-day
- Update status of guest rooms
- Process Rooms Control data and distribute rooms to Managers on all shifts
- Receive and process rush room requests from the Front Desk and VIP Services
- Receive requests from the Front Desk and VIP services by phone or computer printer for special requests from guests, such as baby cribs, bed boards, irons, hair dryers, etc.
- Receive and process requests from guests for turndown services, extra towels, etc., and forwards the request to the proper employee in the specific area
- Run reports needed by Housekeeping, Day and Swing shifts
- Ensure that the Housekeeper Assistant's report is completed in the morning and afternoon for distribution to the Assistant Hotel Manager
- Have a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Six(6)months of Hotel Status Board Operator experience - Preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish - Preferred
- Experience in a similar resort setting - Preferred
