THE SCHEDULE: Day shift
The Day-to-day
- Perform tasks such as deliver requested items, such as refrigerators, pillows, rollaway, cribs, etc., to guest rooms.
- Clean restrooms in assigned areas, vacuum all halls, lobbies, and edges; clean all hall railings, marks on wallpaper, stairwells, and lockers.
- Empty all trash and linen from the Guest Room Attendant’s carts as needed.
- Provide outstanding service when interacting with guests, focusing on problem-solving, attention to detail, and ensuring their safety.
- Skilled in using cleaning equipment, machines, and chemicals effectively.
- Enjoys helping others and excels in creating positive guest interactions.
- Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service.
