THE STARTING RATE: $28.00 an hour
The Schedule
- On Call | Swing Shift
- 8:00pm - 4:00am
- Must be available at least 1 - 3 days a week
- Scheduled days will be based on your availability or current commitments
- Lead and inspire dealers to deliver accurate, high-energy games and superior guest experiences
- Monitor table activity and guest volume, making real-time decisions to ensure efficient game flow
- Oversee table game accounting and safeguard the integrity of all transactions and equipment
- Confirm accuracy of game documentation and uphold all regulatory procedures
- Manage chip bank levels and prepare for high-stakes play when necessary
- Serve as a trusted point of escalation for any unusual activity, high-limit action, or concerns on the floor
- Brings expertise in three or more table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, and Craps)
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent
- Has at least 2 years of experience in casino operations—or a comparable mix of training and hands-on experience
- Thrives in a team-oriented, guest-first environment and loves being in the heart of the action
