THE STARTING RATE: $17.95
The Day-to-day
- Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics, exceeding guest expectations.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms, and other designated spaces.
- Operate professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment to uphold a polished and pristine environment.
- Safely contain and clean biohazardous materials, following proper procedures to ensure a sanitary and secure space.
- Respond promptly to guest and team member requests, ensuring a positive and accommodating experience.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and restroom essentials to maintain service efficiency.
- Can follow all safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Take pride in their work and remain self-motivated to meet high cleanliness standards.
- Have previous experience in Environmental Services, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Is able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
