THE JOB:
It is the primary responsibility of the Environmental Services Shift Manager at The Cosmopolitan to oversee the EVS/PAD daily operations of the floor, employees, and daily administrative duties.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Responsible for overseeing daily operations associated with assigned shift
Conduct frequent inspections of all public areas, office, back-of-the-house, and Casino in order to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
Working knowledge and understanding of scheduling and labor management
Organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints, attention to detail, effective training, coaching and strong leadership qualities
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
2 Years of Prior Relevant Experiencein EVS or Housekeeping.
1 Years of Prior Relevant supervisory experience.
Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
Experience in a similar resort setting.
Bilingual, with English as the primary language.
Able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment; has a sense of urgency and maintains a professional persona.
