The Job
The Deployment Engineer will be responsible for generating new and innovative solutions to complex problems and propose improvements to processes.
THE STARTING RATE: $31.75 per hour
The Day-to-day
- Analyze hardware & software needs for planning of projects and make recommendations based on requirements
- Generate new and innovative solutions to complex problems and propose improvements to processes by taking a broad perspective to problems, and identifying new, less obvious solutions
- Document project metrics for presentation to Senior Management, and coordinate tasks for deployments
- Manage project deployments appropriately to deliver upon committed project goals within assigned scope of responsibility
- Coordinate with outside vendors for project implementation
- Work with end users both pre & post deployment to ensure verification of successful product delivery
- Develop software automation scripts, and documentation for deployments
- Ability to train and lead property technicians or contingent workers for project implementation
- Work on hardware and software issues on company and non-company supported devices
- Have 6 Months of Prior Relevant Experience in Information Technology in a similar role
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Has an Associate's Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field - Preferred
- Experience working in a similar resort setting - Preferred
- Cross-platform experience and the expertise to identify and resolve integration issues - Preferred
- Knowledge of system and integration level testing - Preferred
- Strong quality assurance background - Preferred
- Basic fluency in command line scripting or higher - A Certified - Preferred
- MCP or higher - Preferred
