THE STARTING RATE: $16.56 an hour
The Schedule
- Part Time | Day Shift
- Wednesday & Thursday | 9:00am -5:00pm
- Friday | 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Off: Saturday - Tuesday
- Must be open and flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Apply solid culinary techniques to prepare dishes across multiple stations in a fast-paced buffet setting
- Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment while adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards
- Restock, label, and rotate products to ensure freshness and readiness for service
- Maintain detailed knowledge of The Buffet’s offerings, including presentation, portioning, and flavor profiles
- Support kitchen leadership and teammates to ensure smooth service during peak meal periods
- Prepare base sauces, stocks, soups, and side dishes with precision and consistency
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a wide variety of menu options with efficiency and excellence
- Meets the minimum age requirement of 18 years of age
- Preferably demonstrates 1 years of experience in production cooking
- Exhibits flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
