In this fast-paced, guest-focused role, you’ll play an important part in keeping the energy of the room flowing while contributing to a seamless gaming experience. The Day-to-day
- Greet each guest with a smile and hear their stories as you assist in their placement into Poker games.
- Provide a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety.
- Show your passion for customer service by attending to the guests needs with an upbeat and positive attitude
- Meets the minimum age requirement of 21 years old
- Holds a High School Diploma or GED
- Familiar with Poker games and procedures
- Demonstrates flexibility to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences
