THE STARTING RATE: $8.75 per hour plus tips
The Day-to-day
- Guide guests through all phases of their experience at banquet events, providing exceptional service and assistance.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
- Set up, refresh, and break down coffee breaks, receptions, and buffet tables according to group requirements.
- Be knowledgeable about menu selections, ingredients, presentation standards, and service requirements for assigned functions.
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly, following the established sequence of service.
- 1 Years of prior experience as a Banquet Server in fine dining and in a similar, high-volume restaurant is preferred
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Willing and able to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays. Scheduled based on business needs for events scheduled. 10-30hrs per week on 1st and 2nd shift.
