THE STARTING RATE: $16.25 per hour
The Day-to-day
- Answer a multi-line phone system and direct calls to the appropriate staff or department; schedule conference calls and meetings.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Compile, copy, sort, file, and scan departmental documents.
- Operate office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Prior Relevant as an Administrative Clerk Experience in a similar environment
- Must be willing to work a Full-Time schedule, 40 hours/week; 7:30a-4:15p, weekends and holidays are included
- Basic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts externally and internally is preferred
