THE JOB: The Shared Sourcing Manager will utilize category managements strategy action plan to support the execution of sourcing strategies within defined categories including but not limited to food & beverage, hotel, facilities, & horticulture. This roles includes developing & leading sourcing events, managing supplier relationships, negotiating & executing contracts, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for delivering cost savings, process improvements, and supporting broader strategic sourcing initiatives in alignment with category management and company goals. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories in alignment with company goals. Lead Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, analyze supplier responses, and support award decisions. Perform spend analysis and market research to identify sourcing opportunities and cost reduction strategies. Negotiate and draft supplier agreements with guidance from Legal. Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment and performance. Collaborate cross-functionally to support project implementation and ensure contract compliance. Track supplier performance metrics and manage resolution of operational issues. - Suggest Removal Contribute to the identification of diverse and sustainable sourcing options. Support the development of tools, templates, and best practices within sourcing. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Must be at least 21 years of age. At least three (3) years of prior relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. Prior experience conducting RFPs and negotiating supplier contracts preferably in one or more of the following areas: Food & Beverage, Hotel, Facilities, & Horticulture.
