Current Need
The Profitability Analytics Team is seeking a Manager to lead the Delivered Profit Team and overall program management within the finance department. Key responsibilities of this role are to manage the Delivered Profit application monthly updates, allocation methodologies, reporting via Power BI. Partner with Sales and other internal departments to extract value and ensure compliance and tracking to designated corporate initiatives. Develop and manage cutting edge analytical tools to monitor and provide critical insights into business progress to all stakeholders throughout McKesson Medical Surgical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of four analysts, focused on timely updates to the application, report development, and developing analyses and processes to evolve the program.
- Developing the Delivered Profit roadmap and setting the team objectives technical and business direction
- Lead the Delivered Profit program across the company by partnering with key stakeholders to drive adoption and evolve to drive the business strategic objectives, increase awareness, evolve methodologies to increase precision
- Development of internal reporting, modeling, recommendations and margin enhancement plans based on business data from multiple sources and market data
- Provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues
- Adoption of leading technologies as identified to increase data availability, insight development, developing innovative solutions
Minimum Requirements
6+ years experience in analytics or related field
Critical Skills
- Proven ability to set the strategy and direction for complex business problems or developing solutions
- 3+ years financial modeling and/or analysis
- 2+ years developing financial and statistical models drawing conclusions to present to leadership
- Strong financial acumen and P&L understanding
- Advanced to Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- 2+ years working with large datasets to develop analytics
- 1+ year experience in project management or process improvement experience
Additional Knowledge & Skills
- Ability to develop and motivate individuals to maintain culture and meet company goals
- Ability to breakdown complex matters and communicate simply in written and verbal form
- Experienced in creating presentations for all levels of leadership
- Strong technical background, SQL-write, edit, and develop processes
- Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tool experience
- Healthcare and McKesson experience
Education
MBA preferred in finance or related field or equivalent experience
