MGM Industries, a family owned business in Hendersonville, TN, is looking for future associates who would like a career in manufacturing. The Extrusion facility at MGM Industries extrudes PVC lineals which are used in the fabrication of windows and doors. At MGM, we understand it is the associates that determine the success of the company. Our training program will allow you to move up the extrusion levels. As you advance, so does your pay. The speed at which you advance depends on your mechanically ability and drive. With 12.5 hour shifts, you average 15 days per month off.
We are currently looking for candidates on C shift.
Shift Schedules:
C Shift: Sat., Sun., Mon., and every other Fri. from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Responsibilities Over Time:
- Operate and monitor plastic extrusion machines to ensure proper functioning.
- Adjust machine settings to control temperature, speed, and pressure for optimal production.
- Conduct quality checks on extruded products to meet industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the extrusion process.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes and achieve production targets.
