Located in Hendersonville, TN, MGM Industries is a family-owned window and door manufacturer that has been serving customers for more than 50 years.
Hours- Mon-Fri 7am-3:30 pm onsite
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and assisting with day-to-day business.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Interact with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
· Assists with quotes and orders for new or additional products or services.
· Fields customer questions on quotes, order status or eta of delivery.
· Communicate with outside sales team on any requests.
· Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
· Willingness to learn all MGM products and pricing structures.
· Must possess strong organizational skills and prompt follow up to customer inquiries.
· Communicate weekly with customers on delivery information and eta.
· Communicates to Manager if further assistance is needed to resolve any issue.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent communication skills including active listening.
· Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
· Strong organizational skills and able to multi-task.
· Good phone etiquette.
· Must work well with others in team environment
· Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· 2 years Customer service experience required.
· Must possess strong math skills
· Customer service in manufacturing environment a plus.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Experience:
