Hiring for an RN Weekend Supervisor:
- Flexible schedule with the option of either working 8-hour (6 am - 2 pm) or 12-hour (6 am - 6 pm) shifts
- 6 am - 2 pm Schedule: Saturday & Sunday
- 6 am - 6 pm Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, with another 12 hour shift during the week
- Competitive Pay Based on Experience
- Shift Differential Pay (at participating locations)
- Paid Time Off (PTO ) added to your balance after 30 days of employment; immediately accrue more PTO as you work! (full-time only)
- Earn PTO for every quarter of perfect attendance (full-time only)
- 6 Observed Holidays with premium pay or leave 1 Floating Holiday for full-time employees

- Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
- The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
- Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
- Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs
- Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders
- Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications
- Administers medications
- Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
- Documents that treatment as required
- Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner
- Other duties as assigned
- Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing
- One year of nursing experience is preferred
- Valid RN license for the state of Oklahoma is required
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
