Availabile Weekend Night Shift:
- Friday - Sunday 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Candidates must work three 12-hour shifts for a total of 36 hours to qualify for the Baylor Pay program
- $15,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RN candidates!
- $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time LPN candidates!
- Baylor Pay - work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours!
- Shift Differential Pay (at participating locations)
- Paid Time Off (PTO ) added to your balance after 30 days of employment; immediately accrue more PTO as you work! (full-time only)
- 6 Observed Holidays with premium pay or leave 1 Floating Holiday for full-time employees
- Up to $5,000 per in tuition/education reimbursement per calendar year for approved program of study
- Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift

- Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
- The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
- Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
- Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs
- Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders
- Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications
- Administers medications
- Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
- Documents that treatment as required
- Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner
- Others duties as assigned
- Graduate of accredited RN or LPN School of Nursing
- One year of nursing experience is preferred
- Valid LPN or RN license for the state of Iowa is required.
- Valid CPR certification
- Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
- Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
