THE JOB: As a Stewarding Utility team member, you will be responsible for the cleaning and maintaining of our restaurant outlet’s dinnerware, flatware, and glassware. You will help to create a safe and clean work area in the restaurant outlet’s kitchens. THE STARTING RATE: $16.29 THE DAY-TO-DAY: Receive soiled dinnerware, flatware, and glassware, place items according to size and likeness on automatic dishwasher conveyor belt Remove washed dinnerware, flatware, and glassware from automatic dishwasher and stack them according to size and likeness for future use, return items not satisfactorily cleaned for a second wash Sweep and mop the kitchen floor, scrub the wall and trashcan, pick up trash in kitchen and loading dock area Dismantle stove, oven, grill, and broiler on a daily basis or as required by the Kitchen Steward, scrape each item with a wire brush and apply cleaning solution. c lean ventilation unit inside and out, a re-light each unit as required Maintain written record of all equipment cleaned and those needing special attention Keep assigned station stocked in china, silver, glasses, and condiments, clean and refill condiment container, and keep guest side of line clean Maintain cleanliness of dining room including tables, chairs, counters, beverage dispensers and fill ice bins with ice, disassemble and reassemble machinery for cleaning purposes THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Ability to work a varied shift to include weekends and holidays Previous food and beverage experience in a similar position preferred THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Free meals in our employee dining room Free access to our employee fitness center Free parking on shift Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Other various discounts with company partners such as travel, electronics, online shopping, and many more VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION: https://mgmresorts.marketpayjobs.com/ShowJob.aspx?EntityID=2&jobcode=11301 Are you ready to JOIN THE SHOW?
