WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Earn 80 CPM
- Up to $3,600 per week
- Weekly direct deposit
- Safety, detention, layover, and breakdown pay
- Consistent year-round freight
We believe drivers deserve clear information about how they are paid. Your recruiter will explain your CPM, expected mileage, bonuses, deductions, and home-time schedule before orientation.
HOME TIME
- OTR routes throughout the 48 states
- 1.5 home days for every week on the road
- Flexible home time
- Take the truck home if needed
EQUIPMENT AND SUPPORT
- Late-model Volvo and Freightliner trucks
- Well-maintained dry van trailers
- In-house repair shop24/7 dispatch and road support

- No forced dispatch
PAID TRAVEL TO ORIENTATION
- Flight or other transportation

- Meals during orientation
